Weekend Retreat

Just back from teaching a Yoga Spa weekend retreat at Champneys in Hampshire, (my first one since before covid), and I’m already receiving such lovely complimentary messages of gratitude and thanks
As a teacher it is so rewarding when your students have truly learnt something about themselves on your retreat, and especially when it has re-ignited their love for yoga.

On a yoga retreat, you are giving yourself the gift of time. You re-discover why you had fallen in love with yoga in the first place! And, hopefully, you will feel a strong motivation by the end of your retreat, to look at your everyday schedule back home and find a way that will allow your yoga to be there for you, when you need it the most. Yoga, focussed breathing and mindfulness practices offer you the tools to more easily cope with the stresses of every day life. Freedom for the body and mind is essential for your wellbeing 🙏🏼

What a fabulous group and a truly wonderful weekend of yoga, healthy food, relaxation and spa facilities.
