Can you say NO without guilt and YES without fear?

Maturity as well as years of practicing yoga and meditation has taught me to connect to my intuition and innermost feelings.

I now have the confidence to say No to something that does not serve me or makes me feel uncomfortable. Equally I have learnt that having the courage to step out of my comfort zone by saying Yes can open me up to new possibilities and opportunities.

Whatever is trying to get your attention, listen to it. By getting out of your own way, and letting go of the expectations of others, whether real or perceived, you can free yourself into saying ‘No’ or ‘Yes’ in different life situations.

Granting yourself the permission to say ‘No’ does not make you an unreasonable or negative person, any more than saying ‘Yes’ makes you a wonderful and positive person.

Making the right decision for you is important though, it’s about being authentic to who you are and what you want from your life. In this way, you are also open to conscious decision making and opportunities for growth - based on your own truth.

Live the life you want to live and be the person you want to be by saying ‘No’ without guilt and ‘Yes’ without fear.
